Blowing Rock's 4th of July Parade Main Street, Blowing Rock July 2nd, 10am Join the town of Blowing Rock to celebrate the holiday with a patriotic procession. This small town parade features local families, organizations, musicians and characters!
51st Annual Roasting of the Hog at Beech Mountain Fred's General Mercantile July 2nd, 4-7 pm The 2022 event will be drive-thru style at Fred's Gazebo, offering pork or turkey, slow-cooked and hickory smoked, with all the fixins! Stick around for the fireworks, starting after dark. Independence Day Celebration at Beech Mtn Beech Mountain Resort July 2nd, 5-9 pm Celebrate the Fourth of July with live music, an American style cookout and fireworks! There will also be inflatable-style games for all ages! Event starts at 5pm and fireworks will start at dusk.
Boone 4th of July Celebration & Parade
Clawson-Burnley Park (Boone, NC) July 3rd, 2pm King Street/Downtown Boone July 4th, 11am Head to Clawson-Burnley Park on the Boone Greenway to celebrate with music, games and food! The fireworks will start at dusk. The annual 4th of July parade will start on Monday at 11am.
Banner Elk 4th of July Parade & Family Fun
July 4th, starting at 11am Downtown Banner Elk Beginning at 11am at the Lees-McRae College campus library, the patriotic parade will travel through Main Street, with classic cars, bands, animals and more! Stick around for the free Family Fun Fourth event at the Historic Banner Elk School. Enjoy three bands, games, inflatables, mini golf and barbecue!

Beech Mtn Brewing Co Independence Day Celebration
Beech Mountain Brewing Co July 4th, 5-9 pm On July 4th, Beech Mountain Brewing Co will offer live music, complimentary s'mores, games and inflatables! There will also be food, ice cream and drinks available for purchase. This event is free and open to all ages!
Sugar Mountain Resort July 4th: Music starts at 6pm, fireworks at 9pm The Summit Express chairlift will run from 7:30pm until 10:00pm for mountain-top fireworks viewing. The Typical Mountain Boys band will perform at the base lodge from 6:00pm until 9:00pm. Food and beverages will be available at the mountain’s base.
Tweetsie Railroad July 4th, 9:30pm The Wild West theme park will be open for extended hours on July 4th (9am-9pm) and fireworks will start at 9:30pm.
