Meet Margaret Holder, our new Buyer's Agent

Welcome, Margaret!

We at the Leslie Eason Real Estate Team are proud to welcome Margaret Holder as a buyer's agent on our team. Those local to the High Country may recognize Margaret from her 30 years in the hospitality and tourism industry, most of it with the famed Chetola Resort in Blowing Rock, where she was General Manager of the resort for 12 years.

Originally from Burlington, NC, Margaret studied Business Management & Economics at NC State University. After moving to Blowing Rock, she began her career in Hospitality and Tourism at Chetola Resort. Her involvement in the community was, and is, substantial. She served as the President of the Blowing Rock Chamber of Commerce for two consecutive terms.

Margaret states, "Throughout my career, I have gained crucial experience with guests who first visit our area, fall in love with the mountains, and decide to buy a vacation home or make this their permanent home. Living and working in the Blowing Rock & Boone areas for 30 years, I have numerous relationships and contacts that will help me assist you in every aspect of the homebuying process."

Having raised three children in one of the top-rated school districts in our state, Margaret and her family love everything our area has to offer, especially hiking on our beautiful scenic trails.
