Appalachian Mountain Brewery
December 31st, 8pm-1am
The brewery will host their NYE bash from 8pm - 1am, where they will have Elora Dash performing and a bubbly toast to ring in the new year!
611 W. King Street, Boone, NC, event starts at 4pm
The Horton Hotel will host their annual New Years Eve Ball Drop from the rooftop. Sip on drinks from the bar and countdown the seconds until midnight on New Years Eve from the rooftop. You can also bring chairs and bundle up on the lawn of the Jones House across the street to watch the glittering ball descend.

High Country Lanes, Boone
Enjoy late night fun, food, music and unlimited bowling at High Country Lanes!
Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, December 31st, starting at 9pm
A New Year’s Eve celebration mountain style! Enjoy the alpine torchlight parade at 11:45 p.m, followed by a firework show at midnight. Make your reservations now for the indoor festivities (9pm-1am) featuring live music by The Rockabilly’s, by calling (828) 898-4521 ext. 261.
Appalachian Ski Mountain, December 31st starting at 9pm
Ring in the new year with a torchlight parade, moonlight ice skating, and a fireworks show. The slopes will be open until 11:30 pm.
Beech Mtn Brewing Co/Beech Mtn Resort, December 31st, starting at 7pm
Celebrate the arrival of 2023 at the Beech Mountain Brewing Co. Taproom and Grill. Live Music from Irresistible Groove and Red Bull DJ, a photo booth, and a silent disco downstairs in Red Baron Room from 7pm-1am. Just before midnight, head outside for the fireworks. The Resort will also be hosting a FREE family-friendly celebration at the lodge cafeteria with DJ Pete, a photo booth, and games for all ages!
